* The ideal candidate will engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized support throughout the sales process
* Presentation and explanation of high-quality home designs to clients, helping them visualize their future lifestyle
* Management of the sales pipeline through Pipedrive, from initial enquiry to contract signing, ensuring a seamless customer experience
* Collaboration with internal construction and design teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and delivered
* Participation in community events, display homes, and marketing activities to generate new enquiries
* Stay informed on industry trends, local market movement, regulations, and product offerings
* Delivery of exceptional customer service throughout the entire building journey
Requirements:
* Proven sales experience within new home construction or real estate, with a strong track record of results
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with confidence overcoming objections and closing deals
* Passion for the building industry and an understanding of local buyer preferences
* Confidence using CRM and sales management software, including Pipedrive and Homei, or willingness to learn
* Adaptability, self-motivation, and ability to work both independently and in a team
