**ABOUT THE POSITION.**
As a Senior Cost Manager in the company, you will be heavily involved in carrying out all responsibilities from the feasibility stage to the hand over stage of projects. You will be taking a leading role in mentoring a team of enthusiastic Quantity Surveyors. Depending on your experience and preference, you will be able to take a leading role on their stellar projects across Health, Infrastructure, Commercial, Sports and Recreational sectors. **DUTIES.**
- Prepare budgets and benchmarks
- Facilitate progress claims
- Provide pre-tender estimates
- Manage variations
- Pre and Post Contract
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.**
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years Professional Quantity Surveying in Australia
- Proficiency in CostX is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a junior team
