We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a large organization undergoing an operating model uplift. This role sits firmly in the people, culture and ways-of-working space and will focus on enabling successful adoption of organizational and workforce changes.
You will work closely with HR, senior leaders and business stakeholders to ensure changes to structure, roles, processes and behaviors are effectively embedded and sustained. You'll be expected to get in and do the work, without the support of a trainer or comms person, but still be comfortable working with leaders and managers, guiding them through this change process.
The Role
As Change Manager, you will play a key role in supporting organization-wide improvements to operating models, governance and ways of working. Your focus will be on the human side of change—ensuring clarity, engagement and readiness across impacted teams.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and delivering change management strategies aligned to operating model and organizational design initiatives
* Assessing change impacts across roles, teams and business units
* Designing and executing communication, engagement and readiness plans
* Supporting leaders and managers to lead teams through change effectively
* Partnering with HR and organizational design specialists to align change, workforce and people strategies
* Facilitating workshops and engagement sessions to support understanding and adoption
* Tracking adoption, feedback and outcomes to inform continuous improvement
About You
You are a seasoned change professional with a strong grounding in organizational change and operating model transformation. You are comfortable working in complex environments and balancing strategic intent with practical delivery.
You will bring:
* Demonstrated experience delivering change management for operating model, organizational design or workforce transformation initiatives
* Experience partnering closely with HR, People & Culture or Organisational Development teams
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of the organization
* A pragmatic, people-centric approach to change
