We seek an experienced Senior Retail Marketing Manager who will report directly to the General Manager of Marketing. As part of our team you will play a key role shaping our marketing strategy brand execution leading precinct retail marketing at a group level launching new destinations creating exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop positioning customer segmentation value propositions compelling brand narratives across diverse venue retail concepts.
2. Oversight of marketing activities including digital social PR OOH partnerships influencer activity in-venue activations ensuring cohesive storytelling visual identity throughout all channels.
3. Liaise closely with venue managers operators tenants culinary teams external agencies deliver aligned high-performing outcomes informed by customer insights footfall data campaign performance metrics.
4.
