**About you**:
You will be an experienced recruitment professional, who is comfortable with high volume recruitment and excited by a fast-paced working environment. You will have the proven ability to work with Managers and Site Supervisors to achieve outstanding results and desired outcomes.
Your experience will include recruiting a broad portfolio and you will have a proven record of accomplishment in sourcing, placing and retaining talent. You will be committed to a customer centric approach and delivering outstanding results for the business.

**The role;**
- Coordinate staff recruitment and selection processes, onboarding, employee lifecycle
- Liaise with site based management teams and agencies on recruitment needs
- Admin
- contract preparation, rostering, visa documentation, travel, medicals, data entry into HRIS data bases
- Be the first point of contact in providing recruitment and HR advice
- Coordinate training and development activities as required
- Book / request travel for remote staff
