Our business unit consists of:

* 26 retail stores across New South Wales and Queensland.
* A team of agronomists, animal health and field sales specialists providing expert on-farm advice.
* Animal nutrition experts serviced by three production facilities manufacturing quality stockfeed solutions.
* A commodities trading team buying and selling wheat, sorghum, and more.


About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organised self-starter to join our Toowoomba AgriSolutions Store team on a full-time basis.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing agricultural advisory and sales services to clients and building business partnerships through sound technical advice.
* Proactively sourcing new customers to achieve branch KPIs and sales targets.
* Inventory management, including ordering, receipting, stocktake, and dispatch.
* Processing sales and generating quotes.


About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and have great customer service and sales experience. You should also be able to meet deadlines while balancing multiple tasks and have a keen interest in the agricultural environment.


Skills and Experience Required

* Strong customer service and sales experience.
* Experience working in a rural retail and warehousing environment (highly desirable).
* Demonstrated understanding of the rural industry.
* Technical skills in Agricultural Science, Animal Health, or Agronomy are an advantage.
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
* Computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office, POS, and administration skills.
* Physically fit to perform manual handling aspects of the role.
* A strong focus on Work Health & Safety.
* Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one.
