About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our OSHC service and support local families by providing quality before and after school care and holiday programs for children with special needs.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to create engaging programs using industry-leading tools, build positive relationships within the school community, mentor their team of educators, and take on a mentoring role to support the needs of the service and region.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives and has experience working with children with special needs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong, positive relationships, and possess a completed or current ACECQA recognised qualification.
Additionally, the successful candidate will require a valid Employee Blue Card, be willing to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, and undergo a National Criminal History Check.

Job Requirements:
* 3+ years experience in childcare/OSHC industry
* Completed or current ACECQA recognised qualification
* Valid Employee Blue Card
* Ability to work closely with Area Manager and team
