Job Description
The successful candidate will lead our culinary team to deliver an efficient, cost-effective food service, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in our commercial kitchen. You will plan and develop innovative menus that showcase fresh, local ingredients, oversee electronic purchasing, cost management, and HACCP compliance, and prepare, organize, and deliver exceptional dishes with a high level of attention to detail.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Head Chef in a similar environment
* Formal trade qualifications in commercial cooking or equivalent experience
* Strong experience in electronic purchasing and cost management
* A creative approach to menu planning and development
* Ability to work autonomously and lead a collaborative team
* Commitment to food hygiene and safety, with HACCP experience essential
