Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of large-scale Palantir Foundry implementations, including Ontology, Workshop, Contour, and Quiver-based applications.
- Define and communicate technical architecture, patterns, and standards for Palantir-based data platforms.
- Collaborate with business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Palantir solutions.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams, coaching on best practices, governance, and delivery frameworks.
- Drive solutioning and estimates for proposals, RFPs, and client pre-sales activities.
- Ensure performance, security, and compliance across all Palantir solutions, leveraging GenAI and LLM integrations where relevant.
Key Skills
- Proven Palantir Foundry expertise with hands-on experience in Ontology, data modeling, pipelines, application development, and deployment.
- Strong architectural background in cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern data platforms.
- Experience in end-to-end solution delivery, from discovery through to production.
- Strong Python, SQL, and Spark/PySpark experience; knowledge of APIs and microservices.
- Deep understanding of data governance, security, and CI/CD best practices.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience leading distributed teams and managing complex delivery programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years in data engineering/architecture, including 2+ years hands-on Palantir Foundry experience.
- Relevant certifications in Palantir Foundry or cloud platforms are highly desirable.
Location: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Canberra
