Storeperson Job Description

The Storeperson will be responsible for maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment, ensuring accurate receiving, dispatching, and stocking of merchandise. They will also provide excellent customer service and collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs.

* Forklift operation: loading and unloading trucks, receiving and dispatching stock
* Picking and packing orders
* Maintaining warehouse and store housekeeping
* Customer service (face-to-face and telephone)
* Merchandising and stock replenishment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Ability to work in a team and independently
* Keen eye for detail and high-level organisational skills
* Current forklift license (LF)
* Accuracy with picking and packing job orders
* Positive attitude with ambition to excel
* Good communication and collaboration skills with sales teams
