* Build strong, trusting relationships with families to support smooth transition into Prep.
* Help establish positive patterns of attendance, behaviour and engagement in learning.
* Connect families with government and non-government agencies to reduce barriers to participation.
* Support vulnerable children, including those with disability, First Nations children, and children in care.
* Work collaboratively with the school's Student Support Services team to respond to student and family needs.
* Build family capacity and confidence to support their child's learning, development and wellbeing.
* Promote inclusion and early intervention to ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive.

What You Bring:
• Demonstrate experience working with families in the early years of schooling.
• Work flexibly, including occasional after-hours, and manage a caseload of families with varying levels of need.
• Strong understanding of early childhood education and child development, with the ability to apply this knowledge to support smooth transitions and early engagement in Prep-2
