Key Account Manager Position
We're looking for a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Key Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for empowering a dynamic team of Customer Advisors to embody our values at our branch. You will work closely with the team to deliver exceptional results for customers while keeping things simple.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Work quickly and effectively to meet customer needs, putting them at the centre of everything we do.
* Coach, mentor and lead a team of Customer Advisors to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver a brilliant customer experience.
* Identify opportunities to drive sales activity and achieve business objectives by actively seeking out cross-sale opportunities.
* Develop and implement strategies to manage performance and improve the overall efficiency of the branch.
Requirements
* Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in retail banking management or leadership roles is essential.
* Customer-centric thinking and ability to influence, coach and work collaboratively with the team.
* A passion for delivering an amazing customer experience and an unwavering commitment to quality.
* A keen eye for detail that ensures transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
