Customer Service Representative – Byron Bay
We are recruiting a Customer Service Representative to support our inbound department. The role is casual full‐time initially, based in Byron Bay, with an opportunity to become permanent.
Responsibilities
* Assist customers in resolving technical issues via phone, email and live chat using simple, non‐technical language.
* Guide customers to maximise savings from solar and battery usage.
* Inform customers on the progress of their solar installations.
* Coordinate maintenance efforts and keep customers updated.
* Improve our knowledge base for continuous enhancement.
* Collaborate with the Sales team by communicating customer issues.
* Report to the Customer Service Team Manager.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (retail, call centre or similar).
* Experience using Google Workplace or MS Office. Salesforce experience an added bonus.
Desired Qualities
* Availability between 8 am and 6 pm on weekdays (rotating roster).
* Passion for problem‐solving and customer satisfaction.
* Ability to commute to our Byron Bay HQ in the Industrial Estate.
