Training and Support Professional
This role involves developing and delivering learning solutions aligned with our strategic objectives, providing on-site support to drive improvement and growth opportunities, and offering coaching and mentoring services to teams.
* Knowledge of contemporary training practices and adult learning principles.
* Understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
* Understanding of quality improvement processes and clinical risk management.
* Knowledge of systems including incident management and customer relationship management.
* Effective time management and planning skills.
* Understanding of professional accountability and clinical standards.
Requirements
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA).
* Minimum Certificate IV in Assessment and Training, or willingness to obtain within the first 12 months.
* Previous experience in clinical leadership roles.
* Willingsness to undertake professional development programs.
