The Dulux Acratex coatings and product systems have been famous in construction and alterations/additions markets for over 40 years. This role is responsible for optimising business profitability and market share in our texture customer segments and associated product categories. Dulux Acratex provides a comprehensive training and induction program to ensure you are confident and competent across our systems including CRM, products, and associated strategies.This role will add a key dynamic to the high-performance team across the state and we embrace diversity, different skill sets and experiences to enrich our team ongoing. Being a sales role within a high-performance organisation, this role would suit a vibrant and outgoing personality as a key part of this role is around people, networking, collaboration, and influence – namely your contractor base, stores and distribution network, internal stakeholders, and industry influencers.We are looking for somebody that has solid commercial acumen, demonstrated CRM experience, is data driven, and possesses strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
