**Job Description**
Mater Private Hospital Mackay is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join its Perioperative Unit on a permanent full-time basis. The successful candidates will work in a challenging and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional care to patients.
Main Responsibilities:
* Achieving optimal patient outcomes throughout the patient journey and continuum of care.
* Demonstrating exceptional clinical expertise and knowledge of procedures and the management of patients seeking outstanding care.
* Implementing strategies to ensure that quality and risk management are integrated into service provision.
* Working collaboratively with the nursing team to provide exceptional care every time.
* Maintaining current knowledge and skills to ensure continued professional growth.
Requirements:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (without restrictions).
* Minimum of one-year post-graduate perioperative or Scrub-Scout experience.
* Commitment to excellence in nursing practice and professional development.
* Demonstrated ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team.
* Demonstrated computer skills and proven ability to use health information systems.
