As one of Australia's largest poultry producers, Baiada is well known for its production of premium products including the much loved Steggles and Lilydale free range brands. **In this role workers are responsible for**:
- Palletising finished products
- Allocating pallets to the appropriate areas
- Assisting with loading of trucks
- Using pallet jacks to manoeuvre stock around the workplace
- Working in a cold refrigerated environment (temperatures approximately -16 degrees)
- Undertaking repetitious manual handling oriented tasks whilst adhering to strict policies, procedures and timeframes
**The successful applicant will have**:
- Previous experience in a similar role (i.e. manual handling, distribution/warehousing, etc.)
- A Current Forklift Licence and high reach experience
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and computer skills
- Be able to work in a cold environment
- A reliable vehicle and drivers licence
- Be physically fit as all positions are fast paced, repetitive and manual handling orientated
