Duties
- Lead and review case plans to meet therapeutic and cultural goals
- Coach and support staff to embed strategies in daily care
- Engage with families, carers, and agencies to align goals
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with standards
- Promote safe, nurturing, and culturally respectful environments
Skills & Experience
- Diploma (or working towards) in community, youth, or social work
- Proven case management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Knowledge of trauma-informed and therapeutic care practices
- Strong documentation and compliance capability
- Current driver's licence and probity clearances
