Duties
* Lead and review case plans to meet therapeutic and cultural goals
* Coach and support staff to embed strategies in daily care
* Engage with families, carers, and agencies to align goals

Skills & Experience
* Diploma (or working towards) in community, youth, or social work
* Proven case management and stakeholder engagement skills
* Knowledge of trauma-informed and therapeutic care practices
* Strong documentation and compliance capability
* Current driver's licence and probity clearances
