The Role: We are seeking an experienced 360° consultant to step into a pivotal dual role. You will be responsible for leading from the front—managing your own profitable desk while mentoring and developing a junior team. Your success will be rewarded through personal billings and an override on your team's performance. Key Responsibilities: 360° Recruitment: Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for Property insurance roles, from winning new business to successful placement. Client Ownership: Build and own your client relationships, acting as their trusted advisor for all talent needs. Business Development: Drive new client acquisition through strategic outreach and networking within the Property insurance sector. Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, motivate, and develop a small team of consultants, providing hands-on coaching and support. Performance Management: Help monitor team activity and KPIs, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture. Who You Are: A proven 360° recruiter with 3 years of experience, ideally within the Property insurance industry (e.g., Broking, Underwriting, Claims). A demonstrated history of successful business development and building lasting client relationships. You possess natural leadership qualities, whether through formal experience or mentoring peers. Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated by both personal and team success. Would look at candidate from other industries.
