A dynamic and community-focused hospitality group is seeking a Sales Manager to drive the next phase of its journey — launching new venues, growing membership, and building strong commercial partnerships. With ambitious plans to open five food and beverage venues in five years, this is your chance to step into a key leadership role with ownership, influence, and growth opportunities. 
Responsibilities 
- Lead sales strategy for recent and existing venues, driving revenue across bistro, golf, membership, and events 
- Build pipelines for corporate functions, private events, and group bookings 
- Develop and manage relationships with community groups, local businesses, and key partners 
- Deliver on sales KPIs, reporting directly to leadership and the Board 
- Represent the group at industry expos and networking events – including some interstate travel 
- Work closely with operations and front-of-house teams to ensure every guest interaction is a sales opportunity 
What You’ll Bring 
- Proven sales experience in hospitality, events, or a service-led industry 
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills 
- Experience driving revenue growth and achieving commercial targets 
- Confidence with pipeline management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
