Reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the facilities management of the complex.Whether you’re a Facilities Coordinator or from a trade background transitioning to the industry, we will provide full training and development depending on your experience.Here’s a snapshot of your day:Manage the delivery of all Facilities Management services for the allocated site, tenant liaison, and contractor management.Manage tenant/client relationships and work closely with the on-site and head office teams.Oversee ongoing maintenance, budgeting, forecasting, and planning.Manage onsite cleaning, security personnel, and other onsite contractors.Regularly inspect and report on building conditions and address items accordingly.Here are the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful:Previous Facilities or Operations experience, ideally within a retail environment or transferable experience in a similar role within the property or retail industry.Good working knowledge of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Proven problem-solving skills with the capacity to work on multiple projects simultaneously.The ability to build strong, effective working relationships with clients, tenants, and stakeholders.Can we inspire you to join us?Your strong work ethic and outstanding customer service delivery will ensure success in this highly rewarding role.
