Rural Products Sales Role
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our rural products team. As a Rural Products Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our business goals by providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
* Assist with in-store sales and handle client queries
* Process quotes and sales administration
* Fulfill client orders and deliveries
* Ensure the safe receiving and dispatching of stock
* Build strong relationships with clients by recommending our products and services to enhance their business growth.
* Proactively identify new business opportunities to meet targets.
* Support inventory management, including stocktake and safe dispatch of rural products.
* Process sales transactions and prepare sales quotes for clients.
About You
* Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and making a positive impact for clients and the community.
* Possess technical knowledge of seasonal and rural products to effectively support clients.
* Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and possess strong retail skills.
* Capable of delivering high levels of customer service and cultivating relationships with current and prospective clients.
* Hold a valid driver's license. A forklift license is desirable, with support available to obtain one.
