You will be rostered for 38 hours per week, working Tuesday through to Saturday.
Automotive experience is an advantage, but it's your leadership and ability to drive results that truly matter most.
About the role
As Store Manager, you'll lead day‐to‐day operations, build a high‐performing team, and create a stand‐out store culture. This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll influence positive outcomes for customers, the team, and the business.
You will report to the Area Manager and be responsible for:
Team & Culture: Build a skilled, passionate team by recruiting for values, coaching performance, developing capability and driving service excellence.
Leadership: Lead through the Autobarn values, inspiring an inclusive, high‐performing team while driving sales growth, operational excellence and customer experience.
Health & Safety: Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance and proactive risk management.
Store Standards: Maintain visual merchandising, promotional accuracy, and presentation standards.
Financial & Admin: Manage budgets, rostering, inventory, and performance metrics to optimize results and minimize loss.

* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
