CUSTOMER SERVICE/ VENUE STAFF

Mandatory Requirement - Hold a Valid Paid Employee Working With Children's Check (WWCC)
Event days ( Current Fixtures)
* Saturday 14th March
* Thursday 26th March
* Friday 17th April
* Saturday 2nd May
* Saturday 23rd May
* Friday 12th June
We are looking for applicants who can work all event days above or a majority of the event days.

ABOUT THE ROLE - CUSTOMER SERVICE/ VENUE STAFF
Must currently hold a Valid Paid Employee Working With Children's Check (WWCC) or Happy to obtain one if successful for the role.
The primary role of an event/ venue staff is to act as the first point of contact for any customer attending an event.
Ticket scanning and guest ushering
You will provide a positive and proactive experience for the Patrons
Providing directional assistance and responding to inquiries and assisting with any questions raised by patrons and ensuring their experience is enjoyable.
