We are seeking a professional, proactive Client Relationship/ Account Manager to join our team based in Arundel. This role is a mix of office-based and client-facing work, covering the region from the Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast and out to Toowoomba. A vehicle allowance will be provided.
About the Role:
This is a relationship-focused role with a strong consultative approach. You will:
Nurture established client relationships, building trust and understanding their evolving needs.
Proactively identify opportunities to add value and provide best-fit solutions.
Engage in consultative conversations to uncover the bigger picture — including future plans, regulatory changes, and external impacts.
Present new ideas and solutions to clients with credibility and confidence.
Communicate effectively via phone, email, reports, and proposals, adapting your style to suit the audience.
Maintain accurate client records in the CRM and prepare regular reports.
About You:
You'll thrive in this role if you are:
Experienced in sales, account management, or consultative roles.
Naturally curious, personable, and structured in your approach.
Comfortable balancing time between the office and meeting clients on-site.
Skilled at consultative selling and value creation, with the ability to articulate client needs clearly — often better than they can themselves.
A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
Well-presented, confident, and motivated, but not ego-driven.
Responsible and organised, with the ability to manage your own schedule with a common sense outcome focus.
Someone who loves problem solving, understands knock-on effects, and is driven to find creative solutions.
A team player with a good sense of humour and the ability to contribute positively to the workplace culture.
Requirements:
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (vehicle allowance provided).
Availability to travel across Southeast Queensland, balancing client visits and office time (approximately 50/50).
