The Role:
The Deputy Director of Pharmacy oversees and manages the Pharmacy to ensure the safe, efficient and effective provision of clinical services to stakeholders.
The Deputy Director also assists the Director of Pharmacy with the administrative functions including Human Resources responsibilities and supporting the collective achievements of the Pharmacy Department to meet Key Performance Indicators.
To be successful at this role, you will have:
Registration with AHPRA
Demonstrated leadership and management skills
Knowledge and commitment to NSQHS guidelines and the requirements of accreditation
Thorough understanding of contractual and statutory requirements
This position is remunerated at a Deputy Director of Pharmacy Group 3 (SX9) under the Medical Scientists, Pharmacists and Psychologists Victorian Public Sector (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement.
