What you will be doing and delivering
We have a new opportunity for QA Supervisor to join our Warragul team. The position is structured as a 5-day work week. The role supports the Group Quality Manager to manage a small team. As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will:
- Maintain internal and external audit and verification schedules
- Perform pre-delivery inspections to confirm products match customer expectations
- Collaborate with the Group Quality Manager to maintain and update required reports
- Identify and report quality issues from batch retention sampling to drive timely resolution
What you will bring to the role:
- Proven leadership experience
- Attention to detail and methodical approach to problem solving
- Proven ability to quickly identify root causes and implement effective solutions
- Tech savvy & ability to analyse data and generate comprehensive reports
- Experience in relationship building with customers and internal stakeholders
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
