Position: Casual Retail Assistants
Location: Shoes and Sox store in Miranda Myer
Key duties and responsibilities
Work as part of a team to create a genuine shopping experience for every customerDeliver exceptional customer service through personalized shoe-fitting servicesEnsure store presentation is immaculate by adhering to visual merchandising standardsWork as a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
Additional responsibilities
Maintain product knowledge of footwear and accessoriesAssist the Store Manager with administration and store maintenance duties, including cleaningContribute to an organized stock room and use ladders comfortably to retrieve stock from heightsMaintain a positive CAN-DO attitude and embrace Shoes & Sox culture
Skills and experience required
Previous customer service experienceWarm, welcoming personality, especially with childrenAbility to work well in fast-paced team environmentsEnergetic, motivating, and upbeat attitude
