The Role:
You'll lead a team to deliver high-quality services that empower people with disabilities to live inclusive and meaningful lives. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with customers, families, and staff to create a positive environment.
Responsibilities:
Guiding and mentoring your team, ensuring services are delivered safely, effectively, and in line with our values. You'll play a key role in service development, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years experience in disability services with a relevant qualification.
* Strong communicator with excellent people skills.
* Team-oriented and independent.
* Respectful and patient with a commitment to human rights-based approaches.
* Proactive and reliable with strong organisational skills.
* Emotionally intelligent with empathy for customer and team interactions.
* Leadership-ready with skills in mentoring staff, managing service delivery, and engaging families.
* Safeguarding, NDIS standards, and legislative requirements compliance.
