Rapid expansion and new initiatives create opportunities for a Senior HR Advisor to support our Employer of Record service.
* Policy Development: Implement compliance-driven policies for leave management, performance evaluations, investigations, terminations, unemployment benefits, workers' compensation, and grievance resolutions.
* Employee Relations: Handle complex employee issues, including leave management, terminations, and regulatory risks.
* Workflow Configuration: Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams to set up workflows for hiring, onboarding, transitions, terminations, and statutory benefits.
* Client and Employee Support: Respond to inquiries, develop resources (e.g., help center articles, HR policies), and deliver accurate, efficient HR services.
* Knowledge Transfer: Train internal HR Advisors on country-specific requirements to ensure continuity and compliance.
* Process Optimization: Design scalable processes that enhance professionalization and delivery of HR services.
