Overlooking stunning Catseye Beach, Sails combines a relaxed, open-air atmosphere with refined dining and genuine, intuitive service.
We're seeking an experienced Bar Attendant with strong cocktail and barista skills who thrives in a fast-paced, social environment. You'll play a key role in delivering smooth, efficient, and engaging bar service - crafting quality drinks, maintaining exceptional presentation standards, and creating memorable experiences for every guest.
Your Role
As a Bar Attendant, you'll work hands-on across all bar operations, from preparing specialty coffees and handcrafted cocktails to managing pre-batch production, syrups, and service prep. You'll demonstrate excellent product knowledge, confident tray service, and an ability to anticipate guest needs in a busy, high-energy venue.

* Handle transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining service focus
What we're looking for
You are a confident, energetic hospitality professional with a genuine passion for your craft. You have solid experience working in busy bar environments and thrive under pressure while maintaining composure and professionalism.
To be successful, you'll need:
* Strong cocktail-making experience, including batching and syrup preparation
* Barista experience with demonstrated coffee skills
* Confidence carrying trays and working across both bar and floor service
* A natural flair for intuitive service - reading the room, anticipating needs, and responding thoughtfully
* A positive, hands-on attitude and commitment to teamwork
* Nationally Recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (Essential)
