We are seeking an experienced hospitality manager to lead daily operations, drive customer satisfaction & manage our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills & retail/food outlet experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day‑to‑day store operations
* Lead, roster, supervise & train team members to maintain high standards of customer service & store efficiency.
* Monitor inventory levels, place orders, manage stock rotation & reduce wastage.
* Implement & maintain food safety, WHS & hygiene standards at all times.
* Ensure product quality, presentation & customer service meet business standards.
* Resolve customer enquiries & complaints professionally & promptly.
* Contribute to business improvement & operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
* Minimum 2‑3 years experience in hospitality management (fish & chips/Takeaway food experience desirable)
* Proven ability to lead & train staff in a busy customer‑facing environment
* Strong organisational, time management & problem‑solving skills.
* Knowledge of food & safety standards & WHS compliance.
* Ability to work under pressure & manage high volume service periods.
