Mercedes-Benz Autobody are seeking an experienced Spray painter to join our cutting-edge facility in Salsibury.
As a Spray Painter at Mercedes-Benz Autobody, you will be responsible for preparing, refinishing, and painting vehicles to OEM specifications with a focus on premium automotive finishes. You'll work on a range of Mercedes-Benz vehicles ensuring precision, durability, and a flawless finish every time.
Key Responsibilities
Apply automotive paint and finishes to vehicle surfaces with precision and attention to detailMix and match paint colors to achieve accurate and consistent results, following manufacturer specificationsCollaborate with the repair team to ensure seamless coordination and timely completion of painting tasksConduct thorough inspections of painted surfaces, identifying and addressing any imperfectionsStay abreast of industry advancements in paint technologies and techniques
About You
Proven experience as an Automotive Spray Painter, with a strong portfolio showcasing quality paint finishesProficient in color matching and mixing, with a keen eye for detail in achieving desired paint resultsEffective communication and teamwork skills, ensuring smooth collaboration with colleagues and other departmentsAdaptable and proactive, with a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on evolving automotive painting technologiesProblem-solving mindset, demonstrating resourcefulness to overcome challenges and ensure high-quality outcomes
