About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the operations of our five restaurant venues. As the key leader within the business, you will be responsible for driving performance, maintaining exceptional service standards, and leading a team of venue managers and support staff across multiple locations.
This role is perfect for a seasoned hospitality professional who thrives on operational excellence, people leadership, and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
 * Oversee daily operations across five restaurant branches, ensuring consistent quality, service, and profitability.
 * Lead, mentor, and support Venue Managers, Head Chefs, and Supervisors.
 * Monitor and manage P&L statements, budgets, and financial targets.
 * Implement and uphold company standards in food, service, and presentation.
 * Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and drive repeat business.
 * Recruit, train, and retain top hospitality talent across venues.
 * Oversee compliance with food safety, OH&S, and licensing regulations.
 * Coordinate with marketing, HR, and finance to align business goals and promotions.
 * Report directly to the owner or board on operational performance, key metrics, and growth opportunities.
About You
You are a confident and motivated leader with a proven ability to manage multiple venues and large teams. You balance hands-on leadership with strategic oversight and take pride in delivering world-class hospitality.
Essential Requirements:
 * 5–10 years' management experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
 * Proven success managing multiple venues or large-scale operations.
 * Strong leadership, financial management, and communication skills.
 * Ability to lead and inspire teams across several locations.
 * Solid understanding of hospitality trends, customer experience, and brand consistency.
 * Proficient with business management tools (POS, rostering, reporting systems).
Preferred:
 * Experience managing 3+ venues or a multi-site restaurant group.
 * Tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
 * Driver's licence and ability to travel between sites regularly.
