Your Role, Your Impact:
Restaurant Manager:
* Lead & Motivate: Drive engagement and growth with a team of 20–50.
* Mind the Business: Manage rostering, recruiting, stock, and compliance, with support from Area Managers.
* Support Growth: Help your team grow through check‐ins, performance reviews, and talent pipelines.
* Know your Numbers: Manage profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs to ensure success.
* Make a Difference: Drive our Local Matters program by engaging with community groups.
Assistant Restaurant Manager:
* Lead the Squad: As motivator in chief, work alongside the Restaurant Manager to inspire, motivate, and guide your team.
* Hands‐On Action: Be in the thick of it, grillin', running the floor, and supporting your team.
* Deliver Quality: Stay on top of safety, food quality and maintain high standards for every guest experience and every burger.
* Smash Goals: Drive team performance, hit targets, and celebrate wins.
* Coach & Develop: Help your team grow with workshops, training, and on‐the‐job learning so they level up to masters of all stations.

Candidates must have Permanent Residency or an Australian or New Zealand Citizenship and pass a National Police Check.
