This includes working closely with project managers, stakeholders, and senior leadership across nbn to manage risks, financials, schedules, and resources.Key accountabilities include planning and managing programs, establishing governance to mitigate risks, providing strategic advice and support to stakeholders, and contributing to continuous improvement activities within the Networks portfolio teams.A bit about youThis role requires the candidate to have deep understanding of project concepts, extensive experience in program management, change management, and product development lifecycle.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) and strong people management skills are essential.
Any certifications like Project/Program Manager (e.g., Prince2, PMBOK) are preferred.The role also requires excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage priorities and influence stakeholders.
Experience in contract and supplier management, analytical skills to derive insights, ability to prepare briefing materials, and a process-driven approach to delivery are also important.
Additionally, experience in delivering HFC (Hybrid Fibre-Coaxial) and Fixed line technologies (e.g.
