Regional Group are currently seeking experiencedFitters - Mobile Crushing Plantto join our team in Emerald, Queensland to provide planning, repairs and maintenance for the mobile crushing team.

Key responsibilities:
Execute repairs and maintenance activities across a range of crushing and screening equipment
Diagnose breakdowns and defects
Work proactively to identify issues and maximize plant utilization
Report incidents and near misses
Adopt and adhere to safety system
Work with MEX maintenance system
To be successful in this role you will need:
Current drivers licence (HR preferred but not essential)
Fully qualified Mechanic
Confident in all aspects of Plant repairs
Highly experienced in maintenance and repairs of mobile crushing plant and associated heavy mobile equipment
Preferred experience with CAT, Komatsu, Terex-Finlay, McCloskey
Crushing experience is essential
Competent with computers
Outstanding work ethic and commitment to getting the job done
Strong commitment to Work Health and Safety
Ability to instruct and oversee operators while undertaking repairs
Hard working and adaptable to change
Work as part of a team
Ability to work flexible hours
