Job Description
AVANI Melbourne Central Residences is seeking a professional and customer-focused Mandarin Speaking Guest Service Agent to join our front office team on a full-time basis.
About the Role
* Deliver an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out
* Assist Mandarin-speaking guests with smooth communication and support
* Handle reservations, enquiries, and guest requests with efficiency and care
* Ensure accuracy in guest accounts and maintain front office procedures
* Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest expectations
Qualifications
* Fluency in both Mandarin and English (verbal and written)
* Previous front office or customer service experience (hotel preferred)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* A positive, team-focused attitude with attention to detail
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
