Key Daily Tasks:
- Maximise sales opportunities at all times through the provision of extraordinary levels of customer service.
- Ensure store and individual targets are met on a regular basis.
- Assist the Store Leadership team in ensuring that the store meets visual presentation expectations.
- Assist in conducting quality stock-takes where required.
- Be familiar with the complete product range in store, including the features and benefits of all products and plans.
- Complete relevant training programs.

Have you got what it takes to join?
- Minimum 1 year Sales Experience within Telecommunications preferable, however not a pre-requisite.
- Previous retail sales experience with a proven record of exceeding targets (preferably telco experience) 1 year minimum.
- Exceptional customer service
- Must be flexible to work weekends and late nights.
- Must be willing to travel between stores when required.
- Must be willing to attend training after hours.
This can be a Full-time or Part-time position working on a rotating roster that includes weekends, flexibility with availability is essential.
