Role
You will manage a diverse portfolio of complex wills and estates matters, offering strategic and commercially focused advice to clients. The role requires an experienced lawyer who can operate autonomously, lead client engagements, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the practice group's business development initiatives. You will be involved in estate planning, estate administration, and estate disputes.
You will ideally be at Senior Associate level, although lawyers on the cusp of SA are also of interest. You will have excellent technical expertise in wills, estates, and succession law, with strong commercial acumen and understanding of business structures and asset protection strategies. You will also be adept in drafting, advising and advocacy. With a professional and engaging manner, you will excel at servicing clients and are seeking a role with the potential for significant career advancement.
