Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer experience through local customer-owned banking services
* Connect customer needs with Beyond Bank's offerings via outstanding listening skills
* Manage general inquiries and provide sound advice and information to customers
* Contribute to a high-achieving team environment with a strong work ethic and commitment to success
* Manage customer bank accounts, including opening, closing, and overseeing transactions
* Collaborate with specialists in the business to deliver the best solution for the customer
Requirements:
* A caring and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills
* Able to work in a dynamic customer service environment with a passion for building lasting customer relationships
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Banking or financial services experience is desirable but not essential
