Job Description
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
Develop detailed documentation, including business cases, process flows, and user stories.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to discuss project requirements and progress.
Work closely with the Technology team to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Provide support during the implementation of system changes and enhancements.
Analyse data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Senior Business Analyst Should Have
Over 7 years' experience in a Senior Technical Business Analyst or equivalent role
Proven experience in eCommerce retail and/or integrating order management systems
Skilled in backend systems that support customer-facing applications
Strong knowledge of API specifications, integration patterns, data mapping, and payload design
Experienced collaborating with technical teams and producing clear technical requirements
Able to deliver effectively in complex, time-sensitive project environments
Excellent communication skills with confidence engaging senior technical stakeholders
