Job Description 
The Finance Manager will be responsible for the following but not be limited to): 
- Manage and oversee financial operations, including reporting and compliance within the funds division. 
- Prepare and analyse financial statements to ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence. 
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimise fund performance. 
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support organisational goals. 
- Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting processes effectively. 
- Ensure compliance with Australian financial regulations and standards. 
- Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team within the funds division. 
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies. 
- Act as a POC and expert for the ERP 
- Other ad hoc projects as requested by the CFO 
The Successful Applicant 
A successful Finance Manager should have: 
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. 
- Proven experience in fund management or property 
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
- Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools. 
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities. 
- Leadership skills to manage and inspire a team.
