Team Leader - Administration / Consultant at Bayside Group
Key Responsibilities:
● Deliver advanced cutting, coloring, and styling services, including balayage, keratin smoothing treatments, and special occasion hair designs.
● Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client preferences, recommend suitable services, and provide aftercare advice.
● Stay current with international trends, modern techniques, and emerging products to keep the salon's offerings fresh and competitive.
● Take the lead in training junior stylists and apprentices on technical skills, salon etiquette, and client communication.
● Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging referrals and loyalty through exceptional service and follow-up.
● Assist in implementing new salon procedures, promotions, and service innovations that enhance client satisfaction and profitability.
● Manage time effectively and support the salon's scheduling system to minimize wait times and maximize daily bookings.
● Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workstation at all times.
● Help maintain salon inventory by identifying product needs and ensuring tools and supplies are well-kept.
Skills and Attributes:
● Exceptional technical expertise in cutting, coloring, Persian hair styling and other hair styling.
● Strong consultation and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
● Passion for mentoring and uplifting junior team members.
● High attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
● Excellent time management and multitasking ability in a fast-paced salon environment.
● Warm, professional demeanor with a commitment to maintaining a welcoming salon culture.
● Proficiency or interest in Persian hair design, heat-free styling, or multicultural styling techniques (highly regarded).
