Job Role:
This position oversees and directs all housekeeping staff.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with senior housekeeping personnel to achieve high performance and productivity standards.
2. Coordinate daily tasks for Room Attendants, Supervisors, and Housepersons by preparing detailed schedules and allocations.
3. Lead the team in maintaining consistency in room presentation, inventory, and staff performance.
4. Cover a range of areas including Commercial Laundry, Valet/Uniforms, Public Areas, and Housekeeping Supervisor duties when necessary.
Maintain the highest operational standards, monitor stock levels, and ensure that presentations are consistently met. Provide support and guidance to the team at all times to maintain CBCR's excellence in service delivery.
