Technical Expert
As a technical expert in managed services, you will provide critical support to clients in monitoring, provisioning, repairing, and maintaining server, storage, and cloud systems. You will work closely with the service desk, client service desks, and authorized technical contacts to resolve problems and faults. Your expertise will ensure that cases are routed to the appropriate resolution group or escalated to the Technical Team Lead.
Key responsibilities include:
* Performing operations/maintenance tasks in the cloud, server, storage, and network areas
* Operating using Agile, DevSecOps, and Infra as Code methodologies
* Documenting Systems Engineering artefacts
* Root Cause Analysis and Resolution
Required skills and qualifications:
* 3-5 years' experience working within the Information Technology sector
* Demonstrated experience in cloud, network, and storage administration
* Strong background in systems engineering and end-user support
* Previous experience in Federal Government environment highly valued

Location:
The role requires regular onsite presence at a client site located in Canberra, ACT.
Security Clearance:
Active NV1 or higher security clearance required due to the nature of the work.
