We are on the hunt for a Front of House professional to join our team at Marla Singer. Open six brunches and three dinners a week, Marla is diverse it's in offerings and is looking for a team member that has the capabilities to be across all sections.
Focussing on local produce, minimal intervention wine, and specialty coffee, Marla is a great place to sharpen your tools and get a wide range of experience in Hospitality.
Ideally the applicant would be interested in working dinners, which includes learning about the wine and communicating with the chefs about the weekly changing menu.
The successful applicant will be:
* Warm, friendly and attentive
* Able to work in a fast paced environment
* Works well with others
* Minimum four years experience working front of house
* Passionate about hospitality and Wine/Food
