* DEVELOPING YOUR SALES AND HOSPITALITY SKILLS THROUGH TRAINING, ROLE-PLAYING, AND ON-THE-JOB EXPERIENCE.
* Achieving individual monthly and annual sales targets by delivering excellent customer service and promoting Trek's products.
* LEARNING ABOUT BIKES, COMPONENTS, APPAREL, AND TECHNOLOGY TO PROVIDE EXPERT ADVICE TO CUSTOMERS.
* PARTICIPATING IN DAILY HUDDLES AND DEBRIEFs TO STAY INFORMED ABOUT SALES PERFORMANCE AND CUSTOMER FEEDBACK.
* USING THE GUIDE SALES PROCESS TO PROVIDE CUSTOMERS WITH AN EXCEPTIONAL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE.
* FOLLOWING THROUGH ON QUOTES AND LEAD LIST COMMUNICATIONS TO ENSURE TIMELY AND EFFICIENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
* MAINTAINING TREK UNIVERSITY GUIDE STATUS BY COMPLETING TREK U MODULES TO FURTHER YOUR KNOWLEDGE OF OUR PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND PROCEDURES.
* ASSISTING WITH TASKS SUCH AS:
o COMPLETING DAILY TASK LIST ASSIGNMENTS.
o MAINTAINING ALL ASPECTS OF STORE MERCHANDISING ACCORDING TO VISUAL MERCHANDISING STANDARDS.
o COMPLETING WEEKLY CYCLE COUNTS.
o ASSEMBLING OR PRE-ASSEMBLING NEW BICYCLES.
o PREPARING CUSTOMER BIKES FOR SERVICE BY SERVICE OR PRODUCTION TECHNICIANS.
