About the Project
ACCIONA is delivering the Prospect Pre-Treatment Plant Project, a critical Sydney Water infrastructure project designed to improve Sydney's water quality and resilience. This project involves complex civil and mechanical works, ensuring sustainable and reliable water treatment for the region.
The Opportunity
As a Document Controller, you will play a key role in supporting engineers, designers, and drafters by implementing robust document management practices throughout the entire project lifecycle. You will oversee the creation, review, revision, distribution, and secure access of technical documentation, ensuring full compliance with ACCIONA standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and update document registers and numbering schemas
* Apply consistent version control across all project documents
* Issue documentation to internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner
* Manage metadata, permissions, and file structures within CDE platforms
* Develop and maintain work instructions, procedures, and workflow documentation
* Provide training and guidance to project teams on document management processes
* Build strong, effective relationships with internal teams and external partners
About You
* 2-3 years of experience in document control
* Proficiency with Common Data Environment (CDE) systems
* Strong understanding of document control standards and best practices
* Demonstrated ability to write clear procedures and work instructionsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships
