We are seeking a Board Support Officer (AO4) to support the CQHHS Board and its Committees.
This is not a standard administration role. You will work at the centre of the organisation, supporting the coordination, quality, and flow of information that underpins Board and executive decision-making. You will be part of a small, high-performing team in the Office of the Chief Executive, with exposure to complex, organisation-wide matters.
In this role, you will:
* Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, including agendas, papers, and minutes
* Support the preparation and quality assurance of relevant materials
* Manage documentation through governance systems
* Liaise with senior executives and stakeholders across the HHS
* Track actions and ensure governance processes and timelines are met.
This role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Whilst desirable, we are not necessarily looking for extensive governance experience. We are looking for someone who:

* Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in accuracy
